Greg Miller Co-Founder

Greg possesses a rich background spanning more than 25 years in information technology leadership. His expertise encompasses areas such as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) systems, application development, technology operations, IT strategy, cloud transitions, IT security, privacy, and data analytics. Beyond co-founding Proactive Technology Systems, Greg has played an instrumental role in shaping and bringing to market a variety of groundbreaking platforms. These include systems tailored for clinical trial payments, global pharmaceutical transparency reporting, a health and wellness social media network, pharmaceutical sample management, and a comprehensive mobile sales-force automation tool complemented by closed-loop marketing (CLM) and analytics capabilities. Previously, Greg served as Executive Vice President and CIO for Advanced Health Media (AHM) where he helped grow the company from startup to over $500M in revenue. While at AHM, he led the software development, support, project management and infrastructure teams. In addition, he managed the technological aspects of AHM’s global expansion and enhanced AHM’s industry-leading product portfolio. He received both local and national recognition for his contributions to business technology, including three patents, winning the CIO of the Year award from the New Jersey Technology Council, a prestigious CIO 100 Award and three consecutive InformationWeek 500 Awards. Greg attended Drexel University in Philadelphia where he majored in electrical and computer engineering.

Tim Stem Co-Founder

Tim has over 20 years of experience in management consulting and information technology specializing in technology strategy, selection, implementation, and optimization.  Prior to co-founding Proactive Technology Systems, Tim worked as Vice President of Product Delivery at Advanced Health Media (AHM) supporting numerous corporate initiatives including Technology Strategy, offshore system development, Project Management Office (PMO), and leading one of AHM’s evolving technology products.  Tim began his career as a Consultant (later promoted to Manager) for Deloitte, one of the leading worldwide professional services firms, supporting numerous business process, strategy, and technology projects for various private and public intuitions.  Following his successful and rewarding period at Deloitte, Tim served as Vice President of Information Technology and Software Engineering at Pharmagistics (later acquired by Publicis Healthcare Communications Group), a technology and services company specializing in pharmaceutical sample fulfillment and sample accountability.   Tim attended Penn State University in State College where he majored in Business Logistics (Supply Chain Management).  Tim also holds his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
