This initiative was undertaken to support the development, launch, and maintenance of a comprehensive platform designed to revolutionize sample fulfillment, distribution, and management across various channels in the healthcare industry.

 

Challenge

 

The client needed a diverse and skilled team capable of handling the complexities of developing a multifaceted platform. The platform was required to cater to different distribution channels such as Direct to Practitioner (DTP), Direct to Representative (DTR), Direct to Consumer (DTC), and Direct to Hospital (DTH). Additionally, the integration of a third-party logistics (3PL) management system and a custom pharmacy solution (CPS) was essential to meet both commercial and clinical trial needs.

We curated and assembled a team comprising technical leads, software developers, solution architects, software quality assurance testers, project managers, scrum masters, and leadership personnel. Working in close collaboration with the client's internal staff, this team played a pivotal role in developing a state-of-the-art platform capable of managing complex distribution and fulfillment processes.
